Clinical Psychologist in Singapore
Individual psychotherapy and couples therapy with Franck Dibouës, in Singapore’s Central Business District and online. Consultations in French and English.
When anxiety, low mood or difficult experiences begin to affect your daily life, speaking with a psychologist can be a first step towards understanding what is happening and finding a way forward.
I’m Franck Dibouës, a clinical psychologist practising since 2003 and a Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society (MSPS). I offer a collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, and adapting our work to your needs, circumstances and goals.
I work with adults and adolescents whose difficulties are suitable for a CBT approach. I also offer couples therapy using the Gottman approach.

If you are feeling persistently low, withdrawing from others or struggling to find motivation, therapy offers space to understand your difficulties and identify manageable steps forward. Read about depression therapy.
Trauma and its effects
Difficult experiences can continue to affect how you feel and respond to situations. We discuss your needs and consider appropriate therapeutic support, at a pace we agree together. Read about trauma therapy.
Expatriate life and adjustment
Living abroad can bring opportunity alongside loneliness, work pressures and changes in identity or relationships. I offer support with the psychological challenges of expatriate life in Singapore. Read about support for expatriates.
Couples therapy
I offer couples therapy using the Gottman approach. Contact me to discuss an appointment.
A practical, collaborative approach
Our work begins with understanding what brings you to therapy and what you would like to change. We consider the relationships between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviour, then agree on goals and practical steps. We review progress and adapt the approach as needed.
You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before making contact. Your first appointment is an opportunity to talk, ask questions and discuss the support that may suit you.
Consultations in the CBD and online
In-person sessions take place at 150 Cecil Street, in Singapore’s Central Business District. Online consultations are also available.
